Please start by selecting either a “Bridge to Better” (in-person) or “Online Sessions”, then find a time that works for you and your therapist. If you have chosen in-person session at Bridge to Better and would like a session sooner, please select an Online Session to see more availability.

If this is your first time, you will then need to complete the initial intake forms.

It is important that you feel good about your therapist. That's why we offer free 15-minute consultations.

I provide compassionate and inclusive therapy for adolescents and adults. This includes individuals from BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. I specialize in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties with an empathetic, client-centered approach.

Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help uncover the root causes of your struggles while fostering healing, resilience, and growth. I tailor my methods to your unique needs and goals, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and heal.
